Kinect SDK Virtual Personal Assistant

One of the greatest advantages of using the Kinect SDK for your Kinect inspired project is that it has the ability to recognize voice commands. That's exactly what Corey Thomas took advantage of when building his very own Virtual Personal Assistant.

Taking a page out of Valves Portal series, he's named his virtual assistant GLaDOS. GLaDOS is able to recognize it's own name, execute commands and shut down. In this video, Corey demonstrates how to open up the device manager and control panel, the My Pictures and My Videos directories and launch a Zune Playlist all just by using his voice.

The reason why we need the obd2 auto diagnostic tools is the need for curbing "mobile emissions". In tune with the need for global preservation, the EPA has been empowered to place firm emission standards. This has compelled the car manufacturers to bring in better non-polluting cars into the market. In turn, such strict measures for controlling emission levels have also helped to increase the functional life of the vehicle as well.
